Import Localization error Cannot connect to prstashop.com

Hi,

 

I have two problem.

 

First one is when I am trying to import localization pack, I am facing the following error:

 

Cannot connect to prstashop.com

 

Even more, the translation page is not opening, just loading with network error problem.

 

I have noticed that any tool tries to connect to prestashop.com it will end with error.

 

I believe there is something in the configuration that not allowing the connection to prestashop.com

 

Can you help in this matter?

You can try to download language pack from prestashop.com and use the feature: Import a language pack manually

Thank you for your reply, but the problem is even Translation Page is not opening!!!

i got same error on ps 15 ,on localization/translations

 Cannot connect to the PrestaShop website to get the language list.

 

how to solve this , plese help me..

Download the language pack manually from this link: https://www.prestashop.com/en/translations and choose instead to import a language pack manually from your computer.
