eshta
Hi, I have two problem. First one is when I am trying to import localization pack, I am facing the following error: Cannot connect to prstashop.com Even more, the translation page is not opening, just loading with network error problem. I have noticed that any tool tries to connect to prestashop.com it will end with error. I believe there is something in the configuration that not allowing the connection to prestashop.com Can you help in this matter?

MacRoy
Hi! Download the language pack manually from this link: https://www.prestashop.com/en/translations and choose instead to import a language pack manually from your computer.
