BlueIzumi Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 (edited) I'm having a lot of issues with my modules. My most pressing is with the shipping module. It was not working correctly. I have an account with USPS and I installed it an it was fine at first but now the USPS module has just completely vanished. There's nothing there at all and no way to get to it. I go to shipping, and it is still listed. However I can't get it to show up on my site for payment check here: http://wearecuteshop.com/presta That's my site you can do a fake sale and have a look. I had to delete 2 of the shipping options because they were pricing shipping at 2 dollars, and it wasn't just any shipping it was overnight. That was the only shipping it would show. I even changed my primary shipping to 2-9 day shipping. It's of no use. I can currently not use my store at all. I'm also Unable to get the water mark to work. I used this tutorial here: http://www.inmotionh...1-add-watermark Also when I go to use Geolocation Module it is unable to lode the countries. However I did manage to get the wish list to work so I'm not entirely sure what is wrong if anyone has any ideas or knows. I would LUV the help any help. I tried to talk to InMotion but they were useless they tried but, they had no idea. Again if anyone can please help I'll be happy to provide whatever information I can. Doulas Akula Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 I use geolocation. It works fine for me. Something to confirm here is that you have the geolite.dat file in the respective directory. About showing countries am not sure about that. My sites url is in the footer. Then for missing modules its would be good to confirm that in deed they are in the modules directory,because all modules appearing in the back office are usually in the modules directory Hope that sheds some light Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

However I took a picture of the shipping one which matters the most an I'm including it. BlueIzumi Posted May 22, 2013 Author Share Posted May 22, 2013 Update on this issue. I had to completely leave in motion they were no good and did not help. They also refused to help an insulted me. However I got a full refund. If you have this issue. I'm pretty sure it is not an issue with your presta shop a lone it's an issue with the account on which you signed up. So basically all you need is a new account and to start over. Just don't let the people running your site get spiteful an trash your info. I recommend starting a new one move your info then canceling if you can do it with in thet ime limit or afford to have that money on hold.
