jesusmm Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 (edited) Hola, Queria actualizar mi tienda Prestashop de la version 1.4.9 a la 1.5.4 y lo he hecho mediante el modulo 1-click. Sin embargo, tras finalizar la actualizacion accedo a mi tienda y me aparece: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Intento acceder al Backoffice pero tampoco puedo, apareciendo: Not Found The requested URL /adminAhkkx8092jkWEiO903R1d/index.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Ademas he visto que se ha borrado el archivo index.php ¿Sabeis de que manera podria recuperarla? Tienes una copia de la web y la base de datos, en la carpeta: /carpeta_admin/autoupgrade/backup/ No creo que se haya borrado nada. ¿Has probado vaciar el .htaccess?
