confirmation mails are going to spam

I am using prestashop 1.5.3 when i login in to prestashop the confirmation mails are going into spam in my gmail account as well as forgot password recovery link also going into spam folder of my gmail account please help me out

This is most probably caused by a server misconfiguration. To be on the safe side, you may want to use the SMTP option.

it's not prestashop issue as @prestashopninja mentioned.

There are many reasons for that, maybe your webhosting provider is listed on RBL list (spam list), maybe the configuration of your host isn't well.

I suppose those two are pretty the same things, nothing related directly to Prestashop.
