Hi ffauth,

 

From your attached images, I notice Cache is not ticked in your Performance settings. This really needs to be ticked.

 

I see what you mean, it takes 4.3 seconds for the cart to respond for me in the UK. Which web hosting company/package are you using?

 

Have you tried disabling AJAX on your cart to see if that loads more quickly? To do this, go to the Cart Block module in the back-office and untick 'AJAX cart' in the module's configuration options.
