Not sure if this is my server (host) error or a bug

When customers 'log into' their account all i get is a page like this

This error also appears in the admin panal with various items when updating.

I thought it was an error with my previous install as i got the error on customers logging in, so i installed the lasest version of prestashop to start again, but its worse as now i get it on customers logging in AND in the admin panal.

Anyone have an idea whats going on?

If its any help the install is located at http://shopping-discounts-uk.110mb.com/newshop
And has still got all the default install settings as i keep getting this problem.

I just noticed there is no .htaccess file in my download of the latest prestashop, could this be the problem?

I did a quick register. I didn't see anything of the sort. Is it on a specific page?

htacces shouldn't cause any trouble. Just make sure url rewriting is disabled.If you upgraded to prestashop 1.2 don't use your old .htacces, it will mess things up.
