Can't access site admin

Hi everyone,

 

My site is working for more that year but few days ago manager call me and report that she can't access back-office.

I tried to logon as 4 different employees but non of then work. Even more - when I try to create new account in front-office I get same error - user does not exist or password is incorrect. I try to reset password through database and it does not work.

What else should I do? It look like some bug it database or some setting but I can't figure out what.

what prestashop version you use?

Can you please check ps_employee table in database. Doest your email appear there?

settings.inc.php - prestashop version 1.4.8.2

I checked ps_employee all users are there. Actualy my first step was to check database. I even change admin password in database to be sure that site is not hacked.

I think that problem might be in source code. Somehow it does automatic update and there might be some incompatabilities. Or database problem but not in ps_employee. Somewhere in shop settings. Maybe there was some fault.

I don't know and wonder if somebody could help.

If you create new account in fron office - does it exist in database?

No. I cannot create new account. When I try to create one it comes to the same error - user does not exist or password is incorrect

I checked it again. When I try to create new user it says -

1. Invalid e-mail address
