bw_pdx Posted April 29, 2013 Share Posted April 29, 2013 help! i had an upgrade fail and manually replaced my prestashop folder in host directory with my backup i made earlier in the day. backoffice looks fine but the site won't appear online. If so, google prestashop Internal server error 500 <replace with you own number> and you find many links to possible clues. bw_pdx Posted April 30, 2013 Author Share Posted April 30, 2013 thanks for the advice, at the moment it looks like a database glitch with my host. hopefully resolved within 24 hrs. i did have a sql backup, followed all the steps in the prestashop guide as well. crossing my fingers...
