e.j.recicla Posted April 29, 2013 Share Posted April 29, 2013 Hellow everybody. I'd like to comment with you a problem with Prestashop because I need help or a solution. This is the matter: I opened simultaneosly two windows of IExplore, tiped the url of my shop and began the session in each one with the same user- password. The problem was that I bought different articles of my shop in each window but, when I finished the order in the first window, the cart of the first window added all the articles of the cart of the second window. The cart id was the same in booth windows, that is the reason of this behaviour. But this is an error situation. ¿Anybody has the same problem? Open two sessions with the same user-password is unusual but it is possible. ¿Do you know how can I resolve this? I can´t find any solution for a long time. Thanks you a lot in advance.
