MySQL error

Hi, I ha ve a problem about the SEO module that I purchased. When I save some products I get this error:

 

SELECT * FROM ps_seohelping_modules WHERE id_category = 3 6 6 6 6

 

If i disable the SEO module everything is ok.

where exactly this error appear?

 

turn error reporting on and then - check error log

ok this is the complete message with error reporting enabled:

well, it's hard to say what's going on without an access to the code.

Unfortunately i havent got this module so i can't help you

 

maybe try to write to the module developers?

My hosting company is looking into this exact issue as well.

 

i also updated to the newest prestashop version.

Here is what they said after i had them turn on debugging mode...

 

That message is not an error but rather a debug info.

 

We've commented line 376 in ./modules/seohelping/seohelping.php file

echo 'SELECT * FROM '._DB_PREFIX_.$this->name.'_modules WHERE id_category = '.(int)$id_category."\n";

Now it doesn't show that "error" message;

 

Please be notified that we do not provide code debugging support and you should contact SEO module support if you have any issues with it.

 

This made me able to enter products but the SEO Meta Data is still not automatically filling in.... What now?

but this isn't a solution.. module still not works well. Without an access to to shop / module code it is hard to say whats going on

do you need any access credit in order to verify something?

For me the main problem in this case is fact, that i don't know this module. Can you share the url to this addon? Maybe one of my clients uses it, so i will be able to test it

same situation...unbelievable! 150 euro for a very bad plugin...!

Well, I called one last time and got the updated version for all the trouble I've had... and it works now.

 

What you have to do is click on config and on that screen you need to actually select the language and then on your categories you ACTUALLY HAVE TO CLICK ON ONE! once you do that you'll see all the date fields come up... NOW... go back to ALL in the category menu and the same fields will appear... insert the correct list variables and click SAVE at the bottom... As soon as you do that click the Generate SEO button (it'll act like it's not doing anything) THEN FINALLY...SUCCESS will appear.... now go back and look at all your products and the fields will be filled out.

 

Here is a screen shot of what i put in the fields... but i would like the keywords to actually be the tags i put in every product, separated by commas... is that possible??
