SupaMonkey Posted April 28, 2013 Share Posted April 28, 2013 Hi Guys, I submitted a certification form to become a certified web agency - something like 1-2 months ago and I still havent heard back from you guys. We are investing a lot of time and resources into pushing Prestashop as our eCommerce solution of choice but: 1) There is little to no support, especially in regards to module development 2) As above, we expect to hear from you but never do? 3) We havent gotten as far as this yet, but have heard from other developers that they submit a module for inclusion in the directory and never hear from you again. In general I suppose it can be summed up as a lack of communication - something that can cripple an entire business. Just like apps drive a smartphones success, I think modules can drive an eCommerce solutons success. Dont leave us developers in the dark please! Can someone please get back to us regarding our web agency certification? Im sure Im not alone in thinking Prestashop has a long way to go in terms of product support and communication... Thanks!
