I donot know what is happend to my website i was want import laguage once i was opend the site it gives me blanck page them i make configbug on it gives me this error

please need help iam trying to solve this problem more than 6 hours

and i the presta version is 1.5.4.0 i update it to 1.5.4.1

and make all install prestashop from a to z but donot solve the problem
