Internal 500 Server error

Hello,

 

I have been trying to amend my internet site, and I have seen attached screen shot on numerous occassions. I am now seeing it all the time.

 

Is there a way for resolving the issue for someone who has very little programming knowledge.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

source: home/config/config.inc.php open file

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off'); <- edit

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); save, upload server.

 

Refresh site.

There is no detail as to what is wrong. When I am in the Backoffice I cannot add carriers.

 

I attach 2 pictures -

 

1st - I get the 500 error (I think) CGI Script!!!!

 

2nd is Back Office / Tools / Configuration Information - fopen error???

When I am in the back office and I go to the Carrier tab and try and add a carrier I get the CGI script screen that I have sent you.

 

Do you know what this is?

I just cannot add a carrier. I think it is due to this problem of the CGI script (as per the screen shot that) I sent you earlier.

 

When I try to add a carrier I get the 500 error screen shot?
