errors installing 1.5.4.1

Hi,

 

Having problems with a slow install of 1.5.2, i decided to try the lastest 1.5.4.1

So i created a subdomain, database and everything.

The problem is i get an error when "Create database tables".

After checking via phpadmin, sometimes it creates more table than other times.

One time, it gave the error after creating the zone table.

 

So i decided to try on another host. Not the same error, now i get the error when: Cannot install language "English (English)"

 

How can i solve these errors (at least one of them)?

Or maybe it should be better for coders to post an empty database ready for use, them i'll change the email, user,...
