There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address! [Solved]

I get this message when I try to finish an order, I use 1.2.0.8.

There are carriers available and all are also appointed in the zones.

The only thing which I think could have caused the issue is that I upgraded from 1.2.0.5 to 1.2.0.8.


- I already imported clean & fresh carrier database tables from the 1.2.0.8 package. This didn't fix it.

This shop first ran on 1.2.0.2, I followed the SVN to 1.2.0.5. Then I waited for the final release, when available, I upgraded to 1.2.0.8 without problems.

The only thing is the problem above. I have 2 other shops running on 1.2.0.8 with no problems, both of them were also upgraded from a SVN version.

You will need to check if you have entered any value in the carriers overview.

(go to carriers and check every carrier in the drop down menu if all values are entered)

Above was the reason why it gave that error on my installation.
