I'm on 1.5.4.1 I'm trying to configure the carriers, but they don't show up in the checkout page except one (which is installed as a module by the way) In the cart I always get "Free Shipping" even though i configured shipping rates, weight and price classes, i switched off "advanced stock management" , I tried everything Nothing works, Has anyone a clue? For some reason i cannot add carriers, while on another installation of PS 1.5.4.1 there is not a single issue with the same handlings I do. Is there a kind of caching problem I need to counter? I had a module running for Bpost (Belgian Post) which I reinstalled, removed the old carrier entry of it, and suddenly all started working again.
