How to get CMS subcategroy and article list of subcategroy on CMS page?

Hi, I met a big problem for me.

I need to add two navigation on the CMS page. So I I created several CMS sub-categories under Home CMS category. And I created several articles in every sub-category.

 

Then on CMS page, I tried to output sub-categories list and articles list of a sub category. But all my methods are not working at all.

 

I know very little about PHP. So please help me to find a way to do this?

And please check the attached image, that's my desired result.
