Cannot insert the images

This is my first time to use Prestashop. After I successfully install the Prestashop on a free hosting website, I found that I was not able to insert the images to the text. In product editing, I wanted to insert an image with words. When I choose to upload the image, the website pop out an error "syntaxError:unexpected identifier" and the image was not shown on the preview box. I also tried to upload the image manually. The system can recognize the file, but still cannot show the image in the text. I google this problem, some guys said to change the img file to 777. I tried, but it didn't work either.

 

I use Chrome as browser and the Prestashop version is 1.5.4. Anybody has idea why this happen?

You have to save images in this way - /image.jpg or /image.png and also make sure that your import file has a prepending slash for the image.

Thanks for your reply. I have already checked the images. They are both .jpg, so I dont think it is the problem of the image. I also move the website to bluehost. The error "syntaxError:unexpected identifier" disappear. But still cannot insert the image into the text.
