Gizas Posted April 25, 2013 Share Posted April 25, 2013 Hello, I would like to ask if someone has experienced a process of refund from Prestashop addons, or have an idea where to find information or contacts? Briefly about the situation. I have bought a module "Dynamic Size Block redim" from Prestashop addons about a week ago. Next day, after using it I found out that it does not match my requirements at all. As a result I contacted the creators of this module and after clarifying situation, they told me that they tag this module for refund and told to contact Prestashop. From that moment I tried to contact PS addons 3 or 4 times but no replay arrived. Is it worth trying again? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
