Error 310 after installation prestashop

Installed prestashop 1.5.4, trying to go to index.php and writes a 310 error.

1) In the admin removed the cache. - does not work

2) unzipped files via ssh - does not work

3) prestashop download from http://www.prestashop.com/en/download

4) hosting: OS: Linux 2.6; Apache: 2.0.63; Perl: 5.8.8; PHP4: 4.4.7 (cgi); PHP5: 5.2.6 (mod); MySQL: 5.0.26

5) memory_limit 64, upload_size 50

6) htaccess - file is not in the root (I tried to create it through Preferences - Seo)

7) phpadmin: phisical_uri to virtual_uri - does not work

Hello,

 

I am getting error while installing

• " Your PHP sessions path is not writable - check with your hosting provider: C:\Windows\Temp\ "
  
• " PHP parameters: PDO MySQL extension is not loaded "

PrestaShop does not work on MySQL 5.0.26 - change hosting
