redtogo
I have a problem with the shopping cart. When I put something in the shopping it shows as one item in shopping cart. However when I go to buy the product the shopping cart empties and I am told that there is nothing in the shopping cart in the steps screen. Any one got any ideas on how to solve this problem? Alex Simonchik BelVG
I check your site and it's nothing troubles with your cart. May be it issue happens on the specific browser?
redtogo
The browser I was using is Firefox. I tried the site on Internet Explorer, Opera, and Google Chrome and on each of those browsers there was no problem. Could you please test www.keirassoc.com with Firefox and let me know how you get on. If you have trouble with Firefox then it will definitely be a problem with Firefox and then I will contact Firefox, find out what they have to say about the problem and then let you know the results, if not then I will have to look at other options. Alex Simonchik BelVG
I am sorry, but now all product links from your store give me 404 error page
redtogo
The reason for the 404 error is Pestrashop changed the web address from www.keirassoc.com to www.keirassoc.com/AU/. This problem appeared when I was setting up Prestashop and then disappeared again so I didn't worry about it. This problem had me baffled because I had made no changes this time to have caused something like this to happen and I checked all my urls and could not find anything wrong in the setup. I had changed the flag in Prestashop itself to the Australian flag. When I changed the flag to the US or the British flag there was no 404 error so it looks like there is bug in Pestrashop if you add a flag other than the US or British and use that flag. I have changed the flag back to the US flag so that there will be no 404 error. I have left the Australian flag on so that you can test the setup by changing the flag from US to Australian flag to see if you get the 404 error. The problem may be limited just to the Australian flag or maybe to other countries so I suggest you test this. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this problem.
