eddieuk
Having problems upgrading yet again....SYSTEM AND PERMISSIONSOne of the folders (IMG) is showing up as red (error). Even though its on 777.Email from my hosting company: Hi,There is something interesting going on with this account. The permissionsfor "My Presta Folder"/img are all correct. If I change the permissions of imgfolder as 755, the website settings shows 'mails' folder as not writable. If I change the 'mails' folder permissions to 755, the website settings willshow 'mails' as writable but 'modules' as not writable. If I set 755 for 'modules' folder, it will still show as writable but the"themes/prestashop/lang" as not writable. So it seems the "System and permissions" option athttp://www."My Site"/install/ is showingsomething incorrect. I'd suggest that you run this by the developers of thesoftware as it seems to be a problem with the software reading the folderpermissions correctly. Should you require any further information or if we can be of assistancewith anything else please do not hesitate to get in touch.Kind regards, Can anyone help or contact the developers about this? peej
I'm having the same problem. The check does not display the correct folders. However, after setting all folder permissions according to the specification the update/installation check still prompts for the /IMG directory.Have anyone found a solution for this matter?RegardsPJ
MikeChoy
Did you check the ownership of the folder after you uploaded your files to the server. There was instants when uploading files to server ends up losing folder ownership.

Even with the "Img" folder showing up incorrectly?Reported this as a bug, but they cancelled it stating its my hosting server's configuration at fault. My Host says otherwise, bit of a mess... Yes, I was able to continue the update with the /IMG-folder reported as red. Thanks, PJ
mahira
I think you need to check the settings of protocols. There might be some compatibility issue...
