How Do You Process Your Orders?

I am currently exploring a better form of order processing, currently this is the process that I do

 

1.Customer places order

2.I receive email notification of order

3.Pick & Pack Item

4.Get address

5.Copy into Brother printing suite

6.Print label

7.Post

 

Now I am thinking that a lot more of that process could be automated, so when an order comes through it automatically prints the delivery label and then all I have to do is pick,pack & post.

There is all the automation that you need. As far as I know, it is possible when the stock of some product drops down of a limit to be sent e-mail to the supplier to send you some. So can have the stock EXACTLY the same number of the limit in order whenever there is one order to be "alarm" on your system and you don't care anymore for the supply order..

{4+5+6} There is some module that can automate this steps so whenever one order is placed this takes the appropriate address and prints it. So you just pick up from the supplier pack for the client, paste the sticker/paper with the address on the parcel and post it. And then just go for a coffee downtown !!
