Can't enter administrator page

Hello

 

I have installed Presta. Frontoffice is loading but i cant enter admin page.

 

After turning debug mode:

Instal. was done by Installatron script.

 

After switching PS_Cipher to 0 no errors loading frontpage but cant login admin page.

 

During manual install, installation process stops at 13% saying cant create tables.

it looks like the configuration file doesnt work well

 

can you check config / settings.inc.php file,

 

are the

 

 

define('_RIJNDAEL_KEY_', 'codehere');

define('_RIJNDAEL_IV_', 'codehere');

 

variables defined there?

 

you installed prestashop from some pre-installers? Not from package from prestashop.com ?
