Registration->Address is not saving in My-account (My address)

Hey everybody,

 

 

I don't know what is happening but the address form part of registration is registering in data base but it is not shown in my account > my addresses.

 

And when i click add new address, the fields in the form are different, it is not the same fields on address form on authentication page.

 

What can i do?
