Shopname wont change

Hi,

 

I try in BO to change the shop name but it wont change whatever i do. I give in the new shopname click save but after reloading the old shopname appears.

Any one have a solution for this.

I am using ps 1.5.4.0

You should try to clear cache in your browser and cache in your store also. Turn on force compilation, reload your front page. Let us know if this helps you

Hi,

I have got the same problem.... after changing my shop name in BO >Preferences>Store contacts>Contact details>Shop name it automatically changes back to default "Mijn Webwinkel" ("My shop")

 

Can someone help me please I'm completly new to PS ?

if I were you i will check ps_configuration table in the database

search for field: PS_SHOP_NAME and make sure that it isn't duplicated

if it is, just remove one entry
