Simple Create Account - 2 steps

Hey everybody!

 

I am trying to create an easiest way for the user to create an account in 2 steps.

 

First - Personal Info:

name, lastname, email, password, birth, id number.

 

Second - Address:

address, number, zipcode, city, state, country and telephone.

 

But i am having trouble with this second step, to insert this fields. How can i add that, please?

 

I am sending the images of how it is now.

 

When the user clicks Create account, goes to authentication.php(passo2.png), but after saving, it goes to my-account. And there he needs to click on My Address (addresses.php) that takes him to address.php(passo3.png). And that is here that i want to put that fields.
