Red Door Decor
Hello friends, Could anyone help me... I am in the process of completing my webshop on Prestashop but have encountered a massive problem. I can open my website, but not any of the links. It says something to the effect of "too many redirects occurred". This is my site: www.reddoor-decor.ch. Would so appreciate advice. I am not a technical person and am learning as I go... Much appreciated.
Doulas Akula
Just checked the site and got the same error. It is usually caused by cookies on the client side or it may also be caused by server side issues. So it may be good to contact your hosting provider and get their opinion. I doubt it is a client issue as the error message in the browser indicates. Hope this sheds some light.

Red Door Decor
Hey guys... a quick note. Before I tried anything else. I contacted the guy with whom my domain is registered and who configured my website address on Prestashop (something I know nothing about). After a check, he mentioned that the SSL certificate I purchased was conflicting with his SSL and that may be where the problem lies... Interesting. Unfortunately he will only be able to fix it next Monday. So I will then be able to give you more feedback. Thanks a million!
Red Door Decor
Thank you so much for being prepared to help out. Really appreciate it. Apparently it was a problem with the SSL of the server and the one from my website! So, it appears to be working now and I can continue working on the site. Happy me.
