All of a sudden on many of my stock items I am unable to alter the quantity in the back end of Prestashop. The only way I can see how to alter the stock numbers is to delete the entire stock record and then re enter the information and pictures all over again which is time consuming and the function should work. Doulas Akula Posted April 23, 2013 Share Posted April 23, 2013 My first guess would have been stock management is disabled. But you state that for many of your stock items you are unable to alter the quantity. So its not for the entire shop. However just make sure that stock management is enabled in the BO. Preferences >> products >> Enable stock management then set it to yes. This is just one reason it could be hard to add stock. It is happening on some items and not others and in especially for any items that have different sizes. Are you able to make any other suggestions please?
