[Solved] Currencies rate not updating

Hi,

 

I'm trying to set up a second currency on our shop.

But the link provided in the Currency, doesn't work as expected.

When i access it, there's a blank page, no error, but when i refresh the currency page, the rates are the same.

 

I know the rates are wrong, because, the button to update works, so i changed manually to a different value to check if it's working...

 

Can someone help me with this?

Hi Pedro. The blank page usually means errors. Try turning them on as suggested in my signature, then post the error you get

Thanks for the reply.

I found the bug/error.

Since you advised me to turn errors on, i tried in our testsite. Al it worked, the rates were updated.

The diference from that test site and this one was that the currency to be updated was enabled for all shops there, and not in our public site.

 

In conclusion, if you use the update feature from a link that doesn't use that currency, it won't updated it.

I still get the blank page. But it works.

Well, its kind of solved.

After turning errors off, it won't update again...

And shows no errors, with dev_mode...

I guess I'll better open a new topic, or post on forge.
