Controller= Url Change

Hi there, I'm a website developer. (apprentice) Ive formed a fault with my site and I really cannot find out how to fix it. I've searched everywhere... Okay on my site i have a problem when I click my cart the url is index.php?controller= to get this to work i have to add controller=order to get to where i want. Ive searched through the files and cannot find where i can change the link. Help is always appreciated and I hope someone knows how to change it.. thanks !

that is the link i want to change but in the webrowser it wants to go to controller= which is blank obviously and doesnt work

 

anyone have an idea on how to get it to forward to controller=order?
