Kim Maarup Posted April 21, 2013 Share Posted April 21, 2013 (edited) Going from 1.4 to 1.5.4 ..and then .. no product control. I am probably missing something..! But can it be that you have no position control in 1.5.4 of your products.. How do you change the order / position of a product? In general, I am "a bit" surprised of the lacking control of product arrangement. They just lie in one big pile.. and you have to use the filter each time you want to find a specific product (and the filter resets after saving a change) ... Will it need a module to get more control?? Being able to edit product isolated in category groups, change the order etc... Kim Maarup Posted April 22, 2013 Author Share Posted April 22, 2013 So simple :-) Even after been told, I had to change view from local danish in admin, to locate the "Filter by Category". I think that one misses the very anonymous click field, as it looks the same as the product-clickfields right below. Should maybe be changed with a little larger "Call to action" bottom, but at the other hand, when you first know then... BenUw Posted May 13, 2013 Share Posted May 13, 2013 Hi Nemo1, Thanks for your quick reply, I was aware of the filtering by category but there seems to be a bug here. I found the solution for it: If you have the column "postion" filtered with the arrow up than you get the position number If you have the column "postion" filtered with the arrow down than you get the arrows for moving the products up and down... I've attached a double screenprint to make things extra clear... I can imagine a lot of people having trouble with this...
