enabling openSSL in php

i am facing this problem.

 

If you want to be able to fully use the AdminModules panel and have free modules available, you should enable the following configuration on your server:

- Enable php openSSL extension

 

Payments by check: "To the order of" and "address" must be configured before using this module.

Native OpenSSL support enabled.

 

 

i have already uncommented the extension=php_openssl.dll and already put the ssleay.dll and libeay.dll in the system32 folder. Also in phpmyinfo() it is showing OPENSSL support=enabled
