Imp-perator
HI all, I'm new to PS and also new to this forum. Due tue an issue with my installation on a webspace, I was reading a lot in thie forum, but as I can't find an appropriate solution to my problem, I'm starting this topic here. hopefully somebody is able to help! :-) I have installed the PS Vers 1.5.4.0 on a local NAS ans everything was working perfectly fine. (maybe bit slow, but for testing purpose good enought) Now I've decided to install the same version on my webspace at hosttech.eu. Installation is running fine, no problems at all, also the shop is looking ok, only the admin section is a complet mess. To give you a better understanding of what I'm talking about, I've attached two images. First on is NAS.jpf ,that the correct working version and the "design" I'm expecting The second is the Webspace.jpg with the not so nice looking version from my webspace. Looking forward to any advice, tips or tricks. I'm also not sure if this is something that I can fix myself or is support from my hoster is needed. Many thanks for your help in advance! cu! PascalVG
Hi Imp-perator, Sorry for slow response. Did you solve this problem already? If so, please share how. If not: Not sure what goes wrong, so we need to do some trial and error. At first sight, it seems to me that it may be a memory problem. Therefore add this to your config/config.inc.php file: ini_set('memory_limit','128M'); And see if that solves some problems. Also double-check if your host meets the requirements of Prestashop: http://www.prestashop.com/en/system-requirements A third option that pops up is that during file transfer one or more files got corrupted.... Maybe re-transfer or compare local/server files. Let us know the result. My 2 cents, Pascal
benjamin utterback
Hi Pascal, thanks for the update. This is usually a memory related issue. Maybe a URL can help use find more information.
Pasquale002
I have the same issue. However, changing the configuration in the config/config.inc.php file to ´ini_set(´memory_limit´,128M´); doesnt work. Is there another option? It seems that there is something wrong with the stylesheet. Thanks in advance.
