Please help me out to solve this problem. I have tried many ways to solve but the problem is not solve. Please give me a valuable reply. Doulas Akula Posted April 21, 2013 Share Posted April 21, 2013 Maybe one thing to confirm is ensure that all products are indexed.Because if a product is not indexed it wont be available for search. But exactly how you would do that in a multi store am not sure. For me I do it in a single store and its quite easy. I go to preferences >>search and then add missing products to index or rebuild entire index and then it works. At least make sure this is set before exploring other options. ajaiaryan Posted April 24, 2013 Author Share Posted April 24, 2013 Hi thanks for your reply, I got the cause root of the problem. Actually when we create new product then inside search_index and search_word database table the record is inserted with the id_shop but in my case it is inserting only 1 not other values(for other sub shops the id_shop is different) and when I am clicking on re-build index link then all the record is removed.
