Problem with mail...

Good afternoon,

 

1)I would like to ask you if you know,what is loyalty points and if i can disable them..

2)And finally,when someone send a mail to me (customer service).i look at it and when i reply him,i can't find my reply..where is it..?what happens..?Does it happen because my site isn't online..?how to check it..?But the mail is my mail..

Loyalty points is a module, you probably have installed+enabled.

go to modules->modules and find the module:

 

Customer loyalty and rewards

 

 

And press: Disable

My question is that i have gmail.

the mail that i have from customer is a real mail.and also the mail from shop is real..

When a customer send a mail to shop,I receive it in administrator of my theme(prestashop 1.5.3.1),but not in my mail..

when shop send mail to customer,it doesn't appear in his mail..?what does it happens..?

Have you understood..?
