Shipping methods

Good afternoon,

 

I would like to ask you,how to add a shipping method that depends of country..

For example,if someone want the order to come to Greece the total shipping will be 4euros.

if somenone is from England the total shipping will be 2 euros..

How can i do this.?

 

Also

1)I would like to ask you if you know,what is loyalty points and if i can disable them..

2)And finally,when someone send a mail to me (customer service).i look at it and when i reply him,i can't find my reply..where is it..?what happens..?Does it happen because my site isn't online..?how to check it..?But the mail is my mail..
