[REQUEST] example basic module for PS 1.5 wich write & read from database

Hello,

I want to learn how made my own modules and Im searching an example to study it an adapt it.

I need a module readly for install wich:

 

1- have configure button in the BO. after enter in configuration it must have one text field and a buttom. the text I write must be saved to the database after clic the buttom

2- the text saved in database must be showed in a block in the front office

 

Someone have this source?
