how do i process order

Well a little modification according to my need.

I am adding a scheduler for the delivery which i suppose is not available.

So after displaying the carrier, i am going to process the rest of the code myself.

I just want to know how do i process an order when the payment is done, so that its status changes from inprocess to delivered or something like "payment received". So this involves steps like changing a cart to order and when order is processed then changing its state ..
