aligulbay Posted April 18, 2013 Share Posted April 18, 2013 (edited) Hello al A month ago I bougth Advanced Newsletter System module by paying 200 EUR on http://addons.presta...ter-system.html But module never worked, and developer could not manage to work the module on my webite too. I also talked with restashop on contact form for the problem and finally asked refund for not working odule, but they never respond me too I do not understand if you pay 200 EUR, and get nothing.. I did not want to open this topic, but I do not want others to have the same problem by purchasing this module.... If the developper accept the refund, it will be processed shortly by prestashop addons. Sometimes the message is not transmitted to the developper. So he don't know you contact him. Try again. Premièrement, l'installation est des plus facile, la configuration de ce dernier est un jeu d'enfant. Les commentaires reçus de nos clients suite au premier envoi via ce module sont très positifs. Le module intègre un lien de désabonnement au pied de la page du courriel qui facilite la gestion des désabonnements. Nous avons été ravis de constater que nous pouvons le plus simplement du monde ajouter au pied de la page diverses icônes par exemple Facebook, Twitter, etc. Autre option intéressante, la possibilité de placer des liens sur les conditions de ventes et de livraison, mentions légales, etc. Nous recommandons fortement ce module à ceux et celles qui ont autre chose à faire que d'essayer de comprendre un module mal penser voir dysfonctionnel. Le service après-vente est rapide et impeccable. Pour ce qui est du Advanced Newsletter System il n'y a pas de limitation pour l'envoi de courriel. Vous devez vérifier les conditions générales de votre hébergeur concernant les envois de masse, idéalement le prévenir que vous prévoyez acheter le module et prendre contact avec vos clients de cette façon. Idéalement paramétrer le module pour un envoi par exemple de 100 courriels à l'heure question de ne pas être confondus avec un spamer par les serveurs de vos clients (orange.fr par exemple). Pour le reste, vous pouvez communiquer directement avec le développeur le service à la clientèle est excellent et très rapide. pedes Posted July 12, 2013 Share Posted July 12, 2013 I use Prestashop version 1.5.4.1. I have send the developer 3 days ago an email with some questions, but i got no answer yet. If you see that there are some people having trouble with the module, and also having trouble to contact the developer... think this is not so smart to buy this ... We can not start the module. It give us a failure. We are working with the newest Version. Based on the Information in addons shop the module should be compatible with this. Voici le mail que j'ai envoyé (je n'ai pas encore pu tester un vrai envoi à mes client qui sont au nombre de 900 à cause de ce problème): mail envoyé: Bonjour, j'ai fait un premier test de création de newsletter.la prévisualisation donne ce que j’espère, mais une fois la newsletter envoyée via un test à une adresse, il s'avère qu'un fichier image est inaccessible.il s'agit de l'image ombre.jpg se trouvant dans le répertoire img du template 12.Chose étrange c'est que le template fait appel à cette image deux fois, et la deuxième fois l'image s'affiche normalement (en bas de page).Il y a un problème au niveau de la génération de l'url de l'image ombre.jpg.Merci de me donner la solution (module inutilisable pour le moment, je suis très déçu) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is the email i've sent to prestahop: Hello, i've made my first newsletter creation test: the previewing give me somthing correct, but when i've sent the newsletter to my test adress, i've received the newsletter with a problem in. The descriptions said it work with all Version of 1.5. If you work with 1.5.6 the module should work. Later, I think they had a lot of bad responses they have changed the text. Your point may still be valid, but hard to say with the information currently available. I sent some mails to the seller, by prestashop addons interface, contact form on the seller website, direct email... No answers... more than a week! I try to call the number, but it seem don't work too...
