kmobley
Thanks I am using Fireworks. It stopped at configuration page the last page....Looks like I have to go through process again in IE, though I am on a MAC and it is a really old version. I just tried and it won't work in old IE. Has anyone tried Netscape??

Patric
When does exactly the problem occur ?Please tell us if Firebug's console displays an error message at this moment.
kmobley
it tries to finish but it just sits there. I didn't get an error message. it is like it didn't try to go to next page. The progress bar on the top right corner flips for a second and then stops. I hope this helps.
Patric
I didn't get an error message. Even in the Firebug console ?

mwilsonuk
Hi,I was having this exact problem installing PS 1.1 & 1.2 locally using Mamp on my Mac Book Pro with both Safari and Firefox browsers.I did find a fix to resolve this problem, that is to un-tick the "request mail" option near the bottom of the "shop configuation" page (stage 4). After doing this the install complete as normal and you recieve the "congratulations" page (stage 5).I don't know if this is some kind of PS bug on the Mac Safari/Firefox browsers because I'm new to PS but I'm sure the dev team will get this fixed.Hope this helps?CheersMartin
