Mail template error - Can't see e-mails

I'm having an issue with receiving e-mail responses properly when user signs up. Instead of seeing the e-mail template, new users are getting the following message:

 

mail_/mails/[iso]/account.html

 

 

Any reason why that's happening? Reallt can't figure it out

 

Using prestashop 1.3 which shouldn't matter as ive used that and it worked on other domains

Hello webmakr13, in 1.3 how are the E-mails sent, through PHP or SMTP?

I havent changed any settings since installing prestashop so whatever the default is i guess?

Ahh i Just checked, using PHP. The other sites Ive installed on are using same setting as well

hi webmakr13, there may be some issues with the PHP that 1.3 can recognize and use, and the updated PHP that most servers now have.

It seems like some error in the DB or presta install. I just installed a fresh prestashop and it worked fine

 

I then imported the DB from the other shop as it has load of products already uploaded and then it stopped working again??

 

Any way I can export and import products into new isntall?

Yes, you can export your products using different modules, take a look at this link however make sure that you test it after you back up and copy your store. Just to be safe.
