rocky
Hi Cleanshift,I'm using Prestashop v1.2.0.8 and I'm not having any trouble accessing external RSS feeds. I just switched my RSS feed to Slashdot and it looks like it is working fine. You can have a look at my website to see it working. Try entering http://rss.slashdot.org/Slashdot/slashdot as the feed URL on the RSS products feed configuration page and see whether it works like on mine. If it does, then there must be something wrong with your feed URL.

I really cannot understand what I'm doing wrong, there are not that many settings to set wrong

Hammy Havoc
@minh are you using a Twitter RSS feed?Right, redownload the module, reinstall it, then come and speak to me about it again, if you unzipped the module and FTP'd it to your server file by file, it may have become corrupt, always upload in .tar or .zip or whatever your preference and unarchive it on the server, this reduces the likeliness of it becoming corrupt.
