MyWebsiteSpot
Hi, I have set up the Pay Pay Pro module (version 1.2.3) in my Prestashop (verion 1.5.3.1) but I get an error stating "Error, please verify the card information" when checking out. I was able to successfully place an order prior but had the same issue before I turned on transparent mode. I have since then acquired a SSL for the site and now I get the error again. I have also deleted and created new API credentials from PayPal and still issues. I have also switched transparent mode off and tested again with no luck. The URL in my browser at the time of the error is "https://www.lavictoriaperformance.com/quick-order?step=3&cgv=1&paypalproerror=1" How can I resolve this issue? So I checked the log and it said "The transaction was refused as a result of a duplicate invoice ID supplied. Attempt with a new invoice ID" but this seems a bit strange. I then realized that I had two client test accounts and I have already placed an order using the same card on test account #1. I logged out of test account #2 and back into test account #1 and I was able to place the order with out the error... Does the PayPal Pro module map a credit card to a user so another user cant use it as a security feature?
shokinro
I guess you need to change your Paypal account setting to allow duplicate invoice ID. If you use the same Paypal account for multiple sites (including testing), you may encounter this issue. You can change your Paypal account settings to allow duplicate invoice ID. please check here for more detailed information http://addons-modules.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=1899&p=4906 Edited April 17, 2013 by shokinro (see edit history)
