Add custom text to the cart

Hello, I need to add some text in the Ajax cart, just above the Check Out button.

I tried to insert the text in modules/blockcart/blockcart.tpl but it makes no differences.

Them I tried to insert the text in modules/blockcart/blockcart-json.tpl, putting it in the "" after "total": in this way, it shows me the text but it messes up all the field.

 

Any idea? How can I do?

Yes, I use defaul theme of 1.5.3.1
