No carriers available for the address "My address".

guys... i have spent too much time fixing prestashop...

 

initially my shipping works as in my users could choose a shipping method when they check out...

 

but after deleting the default carrier and created a new carrier... i got an error "No carriers available for the address "My address". during the checkout phase...

 

i never had this problem...i have ensure weight range, zone, fee are being taken care of...what could be the issue?

problem solved..

 

what happened was i deleted the default pestashop zones and created my own (according to my carrier's ship zones)...

 

but i didnt assign my country to any of the new zones i created...

 

once i assigned a zone to my country, the problem was resolved.

Hi Ricardo,

 

The problem usually comes from different matters, honestly to say.

In this topic, the problem relates to zone.

But in your specific cases, it's most likely not that.

 

So if you have the similar problem, post detailed information here and people can jump into and help you.
