[SOLVED] error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): to many redirects

Hi There,

 

I get this message when I am not logged on, but want to go to the login page or account page.

 

error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): to many redirects

 

I've tried several things

disable cashing

removed htaccess

 

Logging in at the cart works by the way..

 

anyone an idea what this could be?

Hi, changing the preference to "Automatically Redirect to a Canonical URL" is one option that you can use to solve the problem. The redirect is coming from a redirect loop. Using this setting can solve the problem and also speed up your store page. Thank you for choosing PrestaShop!
