Tax Rules How to?

Hello Everyone,

 

I am having a problem with the Tax Rules features. I cannot understand how to configure it. I will specify the steps that I have made.

 

1) I have set two different tax rules 23% and 16% for Greece. I have applied 16% for specific Postal Codes 11000-11500.

 

2) I have selected the tax rule 16% for specific products, but when the user enters another Postal Code for example 12000 the price appears without tax.

 

The thing I would like to do is:

 

Product A Price Without Tax

 

If the user has TK 11000 - 11500 then apply TAX 16%

 

else

 

apply TAX 23%.

 

I think this is easy but I can not find how to do it in the guide.
