Tag page and friendly URL

I would like to change the tag page url.

 

Actually they're like these:

http://www.nomesito....?tag=nome-tag-1
http://www.nomesito....?tag=nome-tag-2
http://www.nomesito....?tag=nome-tag-3

 

And i would like to have link like these:

http://www.nomesito.it/nome-tag-1
http://www.nomesito.it/nome-tag-2
http://www.nomesito.it/nome-tag-3

 

 

Do you think it's possible to have tag page like those?

No! Its the developers job,

He will rewrite the URLs as you desire and once its done do not forget to use 301 redirection to redirect old URL to the new URL.
