Pop-up a message when specific user logs in

I am looking for a module that allows me to show a message in a pop-up screen when a specific user (customer) logs in. This is helpful when a user register a wrong email and you can't keep contact.

 

Is there a way to do that? I am searching all over the net with a lot of keywords and can't find anything like it.

It should be possible by using the hook named 'actionAuthentication'. You can temporarily redirect the user to a page and take him back after he saw the message.
